Has the Iron Chef Winner Hit a Sour Note?

When it comes to the future of gourmet cuisine, does the breast have yet to come?
Daniel Angerer — the up-and-coming chef of the swanky Chelsea Klee Brasserie in New York City — decided it would be neat-o to make cheese out of his wife’s breast milk.
“It tastes like cow’s-milk cheese — kind of sweet,” he told The New York Post.
After blogging about his efforts, fans demanded that he — and his wife, Lori Mason — deliver the goods.
“The phone was ringing off the hook,” the former Iron Chef winner told the Post. “So I prepared a little canapé of breast-milk cheese with figs and Hungarian pepper.”
The couple have a 10-week-old daughter named Arabella. (posted by COT)
